AFL (Algae for Life) and PFL (Plants for Life), Neoalgae’s ingredients for the cosmetics division, won the silver award in the Best Sustainable Raw Material category at the 5th VPC Green Beauty Awards.
The awards ceremony, held at the Hotel Seventy in Barcelona on September 18, recognizes brands, products, and ingredients that strive for excellence, always with sustainability as their main focus, seeking a positive impact on the planet and people.
AFL and PFL are one of the ranges of cosmetic ingredients from the Neoalgae brand, made from extracts of both microalgae and other botanical ingredients. In this case, they are ethosomal ingredients with a dual function: protecting the active ingredients and reaching the deepest layers of the skin.
